New Mexico’s application period for Barbary Sheep, Rocky Bighorn Sheep, Desert Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, Coues Deer, Elk, Ibex, Javelina, Antelope, Oryx, Black Bear is now open! This includes non-resident, resident, and New Mexico guided draw pools.
The deadline to submit is March 22, 2023.

New Mexico doesn’t have a point system and the draw is random. Everyone has a chance, but there’s no reward for applying each year. Consider tossing your name in the hat, and applying in other states as a fallback.
